Education
Fernando holds a degree in Law with a specialisation in Economic Law from Universidad de Deusto and a PhD in Law from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. He is a lecturer in civil law. He has been a visiting researcher at the University of California, Berkeley, a fellow of the Spanish-American Joint Committee and a research associate at the University of London.
