Guillermo holds a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid. He holds a PhD in Law from the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, Extraordinary Doctorate Award from the Department of Private Law. He was Visiting Researcher and Visiting Scholar at Harvard Law School and Ricercatore Straniero at the University of Bologna.
