Jorge specialises in domestic and international M&A and private equity practice with particular dedication to management, leveraged buyouts and infrastructure transactions. He has been involved in some of the most relevant M&A transactions in Spain. He has significant experience in private equity, infra, TMT and energy sectors.

He holds a law degree and business administration degree from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) and in 2021 was admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales.
