Career

Blanca has been a member of the Academic Council for the Public and Regulatory Department at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo since 2007.  She has been Chair of Administrative Law at the Universidad del País Vasco (2004). Currently she is a professor of Administrative and European Union Law at CUNEF. She has served an ad hoc Judge at the European Court of Human Rights since 2013. Moreover, she has conducted research for ANECA for over 24 years.
