She specialises in drafting agreements and assisting clients with transactions. Rosalie advises on matters such as commercial real estate transactions, real estate financing, project development and share deals. Her work also involves advising on the corporate aspects of real estate transactions and the creation and amendment of limited real property rights, such as ground leases and rights of superficies.

Rosalie is a member of the Royal Dutch Association of Civil-law Notaries (KNB) and the Association of Young Real Estate Lawyers (VJOJ).
