Luca has practised intellectual property law for over ten years. He specializes in contentious work, having assisted and represented domestic and foreign clients with the protection and enforcement of exclusive rights ensuing from patents, trademarks, copyrights, designs and industrial secrets in the framework of both domestic and multijurisdictional litigation. He is also skilled in non-contentious work, with a focus on the IP aspects of IP-sensitive commercial negotiations and complex corporate matters. He has gained his experience in a wide range of industrial sectors, including pharmaceutical and biotechnologies, fashion, sports, food & beverages, electronics and TMT. Luca joined Trevisan & Cuonzo in 2010.
