Career

K. Peter Mailänder founded the law firm HAVER & MAILÄNDER together with Dr. Friedrich Haver in 1965. He is a corporate lawyer of the old school with many years of knowledge and experience in public and private commercial and business law and with special expertise in German and European antitrust and competition law and in media law. This is the background behind his activity as a consultant for corporations, a member of supervisory boards and in arbitration disputes as well as his former position as a judge on the panel of the State Court of Justice of Baden-Württemberg (Staatsgerichtshof von Baden-Württemberg). He is particularly noted for his expertise in German and European antitrust and competition law, in media law and also as an arbitrator.
