Beate Bruckmaier specializes in the field of distribution law with an emphasis on the law relating to authorized dealers and commercial agents. Since becoming an attorney she has been advising clients from various branches of industry and representing their interests at court. Beate Bruckmaier has also acquired a broad breadth of experience in advising and acting as counsel for banks, in particular in the field of investment consultants’ liability. The large number of law suits she has brought to a successful conclusion confirm her particular expertise in this field. Her additional areas of competence are contract law and the law of civil procedure.

She speaks German and English.

She is a member of the Working Group on Banking and Capital Market Law of the German Bar Association (DAV).

Beate Bruckmaier studied law at the University of Konstanz and completed her legal training at the Court of Appeal in Saabrücken. Beate Bruckmaier worked as an attorney for business law at one of the largest international business law firms in Frankfurt am Main.
