Tobias Eisenmann specializes in advice to and judicial representation of national and international enterprises in the construction and real estate sector, medium-sized building contractors, property developers, architects and engineers. His activity includes counsulting on large-scale projects and individual construction projects, on sales and acquisitions and commercial leases. A further emphasis of his legal work is on drafting real estate sale and purchase agreements, construction agreements as well as contracts for architects and engineers.

He speaks German and English.

He is a member and chairman of advisory and supervisory boards of several real estate companies and a member of the Working Group for construction and real estate law and the Working Group for rent law and real estate of the German Bar Association.

Tobias Eisenmann studied law at the University of Tübingen (Dr. jur.) and at the University of Oxford (England).
