Thomas M. Grupp has several years of experience in contract drafting and litigation at the courts of every Federal State in Germany, at the ECJ and at courts abroad in cooperation with our partner law firms. He is primarily concerned with cases relating to distribution law, banking and capital market law, corporate law, product liability law and with questions at the interface between civil and public commercial law and European law.

His working languages are German, English and French.

He is currently a member of the Regional Committee of the British Chamber of Commerce in Baden-Württemberg and regularly holds lectures and publishes articles in his areas of competence.

Thomas M. Grupp studied law at the universities of Tübingen and Aix-Marseille III/France. At the University of Tübingen, where he also obtained his doctorate (Dr. jur.), he was a member of the interdisciplinary Graduate College “Deepening of the European Integration” and an academic assistant. Study periods abroad took him to Oxford/England and Pretoria/South Africa.
