Hans-Georg Kauffeld specializes in accompanying complex legal disputes relating to business and corporate law in litigation before state courts and in arbitration proceedings, in particular insofar as they relate to post-M&A issues and to questions of the liability of directors, officers and consultants. Additionally, his work focuses on providing medium-sized companies with advice on corporate law and property succession.

He speaks German and English.

Hans-Georg Kauffeld studied at the universities of Bayreuth and Freiburg, he took his doctorate at the University of Freiburg (Dr. jur.). He then worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Commercial and Business Law of the University of Freiburg.
