Sarah is a senior associate at the Firm, her main practice areas including civil and commercial law, with focus on civil litigation and human rights law. She regularly appears before courts and tribunals, including proceedings before the Civil and Constitutional Courts, the Rent Regulation Board, the Land Arbitration Board, the Family Court, the Environment and Planning Review Tribunal, the Malta Arbitration Centre and the Office of the Arbiter for Financial Services.

Her experience includes advising private and corporate clients on a variety of real estate transactions, including property acquisitions, sales, leases, real estate security, as well as debt recovery and execution of judgments.

Education

Sarah graduated from the University of Malta with a BA (Legal and Humanistic Studies) in 2005 and obtained her Doctor of Laws in 2008. In 2009, she achieved a Master of Arts in Law from the University if Malta, in human rights law.

Sarah holds a Certificate in Trusts Law and Management, obtained in 2007 from the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners (Malta), and she also completed a Diploma Course of Studies in Canonical Marriage Cases (Jurisprudence and Procedure) in 2008. In 2011, she graduated with a Master of Arts in Modern and Contemporary Literature and Criticism.
