Partner Jens Kristian Johansen is a specialist in individual and collective employment law, discrimination law, pension law and dispute resolution. His experience is extensive and he advises both private and public companies in Norway and abroad, and also employees and employees’ unions. He works broadly within employment law issues, and has conducted one of the most comprehensive restructuring- and downscaling assignments in recent years.
