Alf joined Hengeler Mueller in 1994 and has been partner since 2000 (resident partner in the Brussels office from 2006 to 2012).

Alf advises on antitrust and merger control aspects, with a particular focus on M&A-related merger control in a multi-jurisdictional context. He helped clients to obtain clearances in a number complex second phase proceedings of the German Federal Cartel Office (FCO) and assisted companies on antitrust investigations of the European Commission as well as the FCO.
