Neil O’Doherty is a Solicitor in our litigation department and joined the firm in 2015.

He specialises in personal injuries defence litigation and acts in employer’s liability, public liability, material damage and motor claims in the District, Circuit and Superior Courts.

Having been on secondment with the Insurance and Risk Department of a leading international retailer, Lidl GmbH, Neil had responsibility for handling the defence of public liability and product liability claims.Neil acts for domestic and international insurance companies, liability adjusters, statutory authorities and corporate entities, as well as private clients
