Senior Associate Solicitor

Neil O’Gorman is a Senior Associate Solicitor in our corporate and commercial department, having joined the firm in 2016 from William Fry Solicitors, where he worked since 2009.

Neil specialises in all corporate and commercial law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate investments, shareholder arrangements, share incentive schemes, commercial contracts and intellectual property. He has extensive experience acting for a wide range of clients, including national and international organisations, from publicly traded companies to start-ups and corporate investors, agricultural co-operatives and private clients.
