Associate Solicitor

Shane Costelloe is an Associate Solicitor in our corporate and commercial department and joined the firm in 2012.

Shane deals with commercial agreements and advices, corporate matters, mergers & acquisitions, employment law and intellectual property and technology. He has a strong commercial and financial background and has audit, financial accounting and insolvency experience with a top five accountancy firm. Shane is also an experienced litigator.

Shane acts for private corporate clients, statutory bodies, companies, international and domestic insurance companies, financial institutions and private clients.
