Wayne Finn is a Partner in our litigation department having joined the firm in 2011.

He specialises in defence litigation encompassing road traffic, employers’ liability, product liability and public liability cases at all court levels. He has a particular specialisation in the areas of defence personal injuries, insurance law and catastrophic injury claims. Wayne also specialises in the area of professional indemnity having experience in negligence cases involving architects, accountants, company directors and officers, engineers, solicitors and insurance brokers. He has experience of alternative dispute resolution (including arbitration and mediation) and cases before the commercial court.

Wayne acts for international and domestic insurance companies, loss adjusters, statutory bodies, companies and private clients.
