Nicola Hackett is a banking solicitor and joined the firm in 2015.

Nicola is a solicitor specialising in banking and finance and also works on banking related commercial property and construction matters.

She has experience acting for both borrowers and lenders. Nicola advises private and corporate clients on their borrowings, including new and revised loan facilities, negotiation of security and pre-drawdown requirements. She is advising some of the leading Irish financial institutions on loan facilities and associated loan and security requirements, including property and due diligence exercises.

Advising both lenders and borrowers on construction law issues arising in banking development finance transactions, Nicola reviews and drafts construction documentation such as construction contracts, professional appointments, professional team collateral warranties, bonds, guarantees, and securities.

Also having experience in commercial property matters, Nicola advises on commercial lettings and property disposals.
