Career

Caitriona Leahy is a Senior Associate Solicitor in our property department and joined the firm in 2003.

She specialises in advising on all aspects of the acquisition, development and disposal of commercial and residential property, including retail, commercial, industrial, office and residential premises.

Many of the transactions which Caitriona is engaged in are tax based and her experience extends to advising clients on the taxation implications of these transactions, given that she is also qualified as a taxation consultant.

Caitriona’s experience also extends to advising on all matters relating to landlord and tenant law and commercial licence agreements, including negotiating, drafting and implementing commercial property leases and licence agreements and dealing with related issues, such as surrenders and variation of leases, on behalf of landlords, tenants, licensors and licensees.

Caitriona acts for developers, statutory bodies, private and institutional investors, partnerships, retailers, companies, private individuals charities and other non-profit organisations.
