Career

Sandra Egan is a Partner in our property department, having joined the firm in April 2013 from Arthur Cox Solicitors, where she worked since 2003.

Sandra specialises in advising on all aspects of commercial property, banking, insolvency and restructuring. Sandra’s extensive experience includes advising on acquisitions, disposals, financing, restructurings and property investment on behalf of state and semi state companies, financial institutions, corporate and individual clients, partnerships, educational and religious institutions, pension investment funds as well as many corporate clients who operate nationally and internationally.

Sandra advises financial institutions, receivers and liquidators on an ongoing basis in relation to enforcing security, restructuring and the sale and management of distressed property portfolios.

Sandra also advises on all aspects of landlord and tenant law including advising commercial and retail landlords and tenants in respect of the acquisition and disposal of their leasehold interest and providing management advice to landlords, tenants and asset managers.

Sandra served a six month secondment with NAMA in 2010 advising on all property and security related matters in the context of NAMA’s acquisition of the extensive loan books from the relevant banking institutions in the State.
