Anna Owens is a Partner in our litigation department and joined the firm in 2005.

She specialises in defence personal injuries and insurance litigation in the Circuit and Superior Courts. Anna has wide experience in defending road traffic claims for some of the largest insurers in the country. She acts in employer’s liability, public liability and defamation cases and also specialises in insurance arbitration.

Anna acts for a range of clients including international and domestic insurance companies, loss adjusters, domestic companies and private clients.

Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) Anna gives presentations to insurance company clients and also tutors in Civil Litigation, PPC1 Law Society of Ireland.
