Caroline André-Hesse advises her clients in all aspects of French and cross-border employment and social security law.

True partner for her clients, she assists them, in both advising and litigation, in their daily routine issues but also within the frame of their exceptional operations whether they concern individual relationship (dismissal, international and national mobility, management packages, …) or their collective disputes and relationship (reorganisation, employment due diligence, collective negotiation, collective dismissal plans, etc.).

Caroline also has a cutting-edge expertise in social security law and regularly assists her clients facing massive social security reassessments or industrial diseases or accidents. Over her whole professional career, she has developed a specific expertise in dealing and coordinating cross border reorganisations and employment law issues.
