Prescillia Algrain joined Janson's Banking and Finance department in 2012, after a LL.M. degree in European law.

She specializes in credit law, with a specific focus on consumer credit and mortgage credit. Her practice covers both litigation and advisory work. In the past two years, she has litigated high profile cases on behalf of various banks relating to the financing of solar panels, in which a large number of consumers had challenged the validity of the loans granted by the lenders.

Clients praise her ability to deliver robust advice, thorough analytical capabilities and on point attitude. She is responsive to, and concerned with, her clients’ needs.
