Partner of the Commercial Law and M&A Departments.

I studied Law at the Complutense University of Madrid, and I hold a Master’s Degree in Companies Law from the School of Legal Practice of the aforementioned university. I have collaborated as a lecturer in the Master’s degree of Law for Companies of ICADE and I have taught Corporate Law to students in the “practicum” program during the last year of their studies at the latter university. I have also been a lecturer in the Master’s degree program of the Carlos III University (Madrid).
