Bruno Santiago is a Lawyer Specialist in Tax Law that practices in domestic and international taxation, both in consulting and in dispute resolution.
He coordinates dedicated teams in advising clients in cross-border transactions and transfer pricing taking advantage of his knowledge of Angolan and Mozambican taxation, product of his collaboration with the Africa Team – an internal structure that guarantees, on a permanent basis, and in close cooperation with the member firms of the Morais Leitão Legal Circle, personalised day-to-day assistance to clients on those jurisdictions.
He has also a strong activity in tax disputes and arbitration covering income taxes, VAT, property taxes as well as stamp duty on financial operations, in administrative, judicial and penalties proceedings.
Bruno Santiago represents clients from various sectors – financial services, oil and gas, energy, real estate and construction, media and advertising, pharmaceuticals, and private clients.
