Cláudia is experienced in structure finance, real estate and project finance (with emphasis in the energy sector and road concessions) and private-public tenders project finance, real estate finance as well as in debt restructuring. She has been also active in private equity and investments funds transactions, has a wide experience in corporate matters and capital markets and recently has concentrated her practice in Angola and Mozambique.
