We are pleased to announce that our firm’s co-managing partner George Mountis has been appointed Secretary General of CEDRAC.  He leads the Secretariat, that is responsible for the administration in the name of the Court of all disputes referred to CEDRAC under any applicable CEDRAC rules, other rules, ad hoc proceedings or other services offered by CEDRAC.
