Christodoulos deals with a wide range of civil and commercial matters of contentious nature, focusing on international commercial disputes, including asset recovery proceedings, shareholder disputes and cases of international fraud. He is regularly involved in cases for securing or challenging injunctive relief before the Courts of Cyprus and advises on the recognition and enforcement of foreign court judgments and arbitral awards in Cyprus. He represents clients before the District Court of Cyprus and provides legal opinions for both domestic and international clients. Christodoulos is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb).
