Steffen Bang-Olsen serves as trusted advisor on all aspects of real estate, primarily corporate real estate, project development, property and project finance, restructuring/reorganisation and lease law.
Steffen has particular experience advising on corporate real estate / M&A, complex project development and infrastructure projects (including sustainable energy and data centres), financing of properties/property portfolios and joint ventures—both in relation to ownership and project development. The head of Kromann Reumert’s lease law team, he also advises commercial lessors and lessees on real estate leasing. Lastly, Steffen is a frequent and sought-after advisor on restructuring, bank agreements and distressed properties/insolvency.
With over 10 years’ experience advising some of the most distinctive actors on the real estate market, Steffen is a valued and trusted advisor to Danish and international clients, servicing investors, project developers, funds and foundations, pension funds, banks, etc.
