Michael Nørremark specialises in most areas of corporate taxation, corporate law, and incentive programmes.
Michael has advised on a string of precedent-setting Danish and foreign M&A transactions, capital markets transactions and restructurings, where a combined expertise in corporate taxation and corporate law has formed the core of his advice.
Michael also has extensive experience in structuring and advising on incentive- and investment programmes directed towards management and others.
In addition, Michael advises on the tax and legal aspects of investment structures, private equity and venture capital funds, investment funds, and financial products.
