Christel Teglers specialises in IT and outsourcing, focusing on projects involving, for instance, technology.

Christel advises enterprises and authorities, and has significant experience in outsourcing of IT (ITO) and business processes (BPO) and in acquisition, development, operation and maintenance of complex technology-based infrastructure, including IT infrastructure, train services, tele communication, etc. Within this context, Christel also advises on IT regulatory and security issues related to the development, use and supply of IT solutions and digital infrastructure.

In addition, she has considerable experience in drafting and negotiating contracts for complex projects of high criticality. Christel has thorough knowledge of requirement, quality and price models for ITO and BPO projects and is experienced in managing and coordinating projects involving many participants and areas of expertise. Her approach to projects is that nobody has finished until the last person has crossed the finish line.

Finally, Christel plays a key role in Kromann Reumert's work within cyber risks, cyber governance and cyber resilience, and she is co-author of various guides and recommendations on cyber security for boards of directors and executive boards. She regularly lectures on topics related to risk-based security management - both in contracts and at management level.

Christel has a direct, dynamic and committed approach to cooperating and negotiating with clients and counterparties. She focuses on providing clear answers, cutting to the bone and completing assignments in an efficient and value-adding manner.
