Career

Jørgen Kjergaard Madsen specialises in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), stock exchange and capital markets regulation, company law, and general commercial law.

Jørgen advises a variety of Danish and international industrial and financial businesses on issues such as M&A and private equity transactions, joint ventures, public offerings, shareholder relations, corporate governance, and insider and takeover matters.

Jørgen has extensive experience with and insight into Danish and international commercial matters, which he combines with an understanding of and empathy for his clients' strategic and operational situations.
