Career

Jens Munk Plum is the head of our competition law practice group. His clients include major Danish and foreign businesses. He is experienced in all aspects of competition law, particularly abuse of dominance, including discount schemes, prices and refusal to supply.

Jens also has extensive experience in mergers, and further has special knowledge within the telecommunications, finance, retail and industry sectors. Drawing on his in-depth knowledge of Danish and international case law and the competition authorities' practices and procedures, Jens provides solution-oriented advice and is able to quickly understand his clients' businesses.

Jens has conducted several landmark cases before the Danish Competition Council and the Danish Competition Appeals Tribunal, and has also handled criminal competition cases. He has an impressive track record before the Danish Competition Appeals Tribunal where the Competition Group has a success rate of more than 80%. He takes a pragmatic and commercial approach to finding value-adding solutions that swiftly meet each client's commercial needs.
