Konstantina is the latest high-caliber lawyer to join our expanding firm. An important new talent in our Banking & Finance and Corporate practices, she has extensive experience of representing domestic and international clients in major financing projects and loan restructurings as well as cross-border corporate, capital markets, acquisition and project finance and structured transactions.

Konstantina has a 15-year long experience in finance having worked both in the internal legal department of one of Greece’s largest banks and, during the last 9 years, in the Greek office of an international law firm.

She has advised banks on regulatory and compliance issues and also brings expertise in real estate, corporate, employment and insolvency law matters. In addition to her first-class drafting skills, Konstantina has in-depth expertise in due diligence processes as part of acquisition and financing transactions.
