Erik advises in mergers and acquisitions, including share transfers, asset transfers and transfers of real estate. He is also often engaged in issues related to general contract law, company law and IT law. Erik is in bankruptcy trustee and also handles restructurings of companies. He is active in Lindahl's practice group on insolvency law.
