Henri Dupong, partner, is a member of the Litigation and Risk Management Practice Group of our Luxembourg office. He advises on commercial law and litigation, with a focus on corporate and white-collar crime matters.

Henri has more than 19 years of experience in advising on commercial law and litigation. He also regularly advises on corporate law and white-collar criminal law. Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff, he worked in another independent Luxembourg firm.

Together with his team, he assists in complex and often highly publicised disputes. For instance, he represents former LUXALPHA and LIF fund directors in the Madoff case and advises one client on a top-tier European football club investment litigation.
