Kim Koops, attorney-at-law, heads the firm's Banking & Finance expertise group.

Kim specialises in secured lending (with a focus on real estate finance) and structured finance (including securitisations and loan portfolio deals) and financial restructuring transactions. He has a broad client base, acting for investors and lenders, and regularly lectures in his fields of expertise. Kim worked in the firm's New York office from 2013 to 2015. He graduated (cum laude) from the University of Amsterdam and joined the firm in 2010.
