Wilfred Groen, civil law notary, is member of the Real Estate practice group.

Wilfred advises on commercial real estate transactions, including major real estate portfolios and in the areas of national and international restructurings, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, where he combines his expertise in real estate law and corporate law.

Wilfred has written various articles on real estate law and corporate law. He is member of the board of the Grotius Academy and senior lecturer of the Grotius specialisation course in real estate law.
