As a head of DPC’s tax practice, Boyana leads a team of experts providing comprehensive advice on a wide range of business and tax matters in a variety of industries, including tax planning for establishment of companies and in the context of property acquisition, tax implications of commercial restructurings and transactions, as well as tax optimization of capital markets transactions and taxation of investment firms and undertakings for collective investments. She handles complex lawsuits in the field of VAT, corporate tax and avoidance of double taxation.
