Lars Stoltze primarily works with M&A, private equity and venture capital, financing and structuring of investment funds as well as IT-/IP-law.

Lars Stoltze is author of a number of articles in English as well as Danish international legal and commercial publications, including ”Virksomhedsoverdragelsesskolen” (6 articles in Danish regarding regulation on M&A, process and considerations), articles regarding the establishment and taxation of foreign companies in China and a number of articles on IT-related issues. Lars Stoltze is also the author of a guide on the legal aspects of setting up business in Denmark and is, furthermore, the author of the book “Internet Law”, published in 2001.

Lars Stoltze is a member as well as chairman of the board of a number of Danish companies.
