Position
Prof. Forstmoser specializes in Corporate Law (in particular Law of Stock Corporations and Limited Liability Companies, Law of Cooperatives), Banking & Finance legislation, Stock Exchange Law, Collective Investment Schemes Regulation and the Liability of Corporate Directors and Officers.
