Montana Aerospace AG successfully launches its IPO and starts trading on SIX
Today, Montana Aerospace AG commenced trading on SIX Swiss Exchange. The offering consisted of 17,153,997 new shares at an offer price of CHF 25.65 per share (with an over-allotment option of up to 2,573,099 existing shares offered by Montana Tech Components AG), implying an offering volume of approximately CHF 506 million and a total market capitalisation of approximately CHF 1.2 billion.
Montana Aerospace is a leading, highly-vertically integrated manufacturer and supplier of system components and complex assemblies for the aerospace, e-mobility and energy sectors with worldwide engineering and manufacturing operations.
NKF advised Berenberg as sole global coordinator with Commerzbank and ZKB as further joint bookrunners. The NKF team was led by Corporate/Capital Markets partner Till Spillmann and further comprised senior associates Andrea Giger and Deirdre Ní Annracháin, associate Corinne Russi (all Corporate/Capital Markets), partner Sandro Abegglen, senior associate Martin Schaub and associate Stefan Härtner (all Regulatory) as well as partner Markus Kronauer and senior associate Vanessa Witschi (both Tax).
