Prof. Forstmoser specializes in Corporate Law (in particular Law of Stock Corporations and Limited Liability Companies, Law of Cooperatives), Banking & Finance legislation, Stock Exchange Law, Collective Investment Schemes Regulation and the Liability of Corporate Directors and Officers. He is working as advisor, legal expert and arbitrator and is member or chairman of the boards of several listed and unlisted corporations and foundations.
