Arbonia AG is a SIX Swiss Exchange listed construction component supplier with revenues of around CHF 1.1 billion per annum. Through the acquisition of the Dimoldura Group, the Spanish market leader for doors, Arbonia AG is expanding its geographic footprint into south-western Europe and is taking another step toward its ambition of market leadership in Europe. The NKF team was led by M&A/Finance partners Philip Spoerlé and Adrian Koller, working with associate Selim Lötscher, junior associate Géraldine Küderli (both M&A/Finance) and partner Markus Kronauer (Tax).
