as Swiss local counsel on the successful acquisition of EK-Pack Folien GmbH and its Swiss subsidiary Vacopack H. Buchegger AG, a fully owned subsidiary of EK-Pack Folien GmbH, located in northeastern Switzerland.

EK-Pack Folien GmbH is a manufacturer of high-quality film and foil technology headquartered in Ermengerst-Wiggensbach, Bavaria, Germany.
