The Stadtcasino Baden group and its subsidiaries are one of the largest casino operators in Switzerland and active in both the online and traditional gaming space. Via its subsidiary Grand Casino Baden, the Stadtcasino Baden group has been operating the casino in Baden, Aargau, since 2002 and the online casino jackpots.ch since 2019. Its subsidiary Gamanza Group programs software for the gaming industry, including GaminGenius, the leading software for online casinos in Switzerland. In 2022, NKF has already advised the Stadtcasino Baden group on the acquisition of a majority stake in Casinò Locarno and in 2021 on the sale of its stake in Casino Davos AG, the operating company of the Casino Davos.
