Christoph Brenzinger has been active in the real estate sector for over 15 years and has played a leading role in many of the largest, also cross-border and multijurisdictional, real estate transactions in Germany. He recently acted for Allianz Real Estate on the formation of a logistics joint venture, for SIGNA on the planned acquisition of the Kaufhof Group from Metro and for Vonovia (formerly: Deutsche Annington) on the integration of a portfolio of approx. 30,000 flats from the Vitus Group and the sale of approx. 24,000 residential units to LEG. He is particularly experienced in the structuring, financing and implementation of real estate related private equity transactions.
