Sofia has extensive experience in the consulting legal practice. She specializes in corporate and M&A, having participated in complex, cross-border and high-value transactions. Sofia has also gained significant experience in capital markets and financing ranging from debt and equity issuances and tender offers to corporate, acquisition and asset finance including aviation finance.
