Admitted to the Athens Bar Association since 1997; Supreme Court Advocate;Certified Mediator; Evangelos Lakatzis joined the firm in 2004 and is considered a Greek venture capital expert, having been selected as an advisor in several notable projects in the field. Evangelos has advised in numerous M&A deals and other cross-border transactions in the South Eastern Europe area, representing mainly venture capital firms, private equity funds and strategic or private investors. He also advises corporations and other entities in the field of corporate, civil and commercial law.
